Refund policy
Online Purchases:
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept the return or exchange of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included.
Sale items+ are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
For a return a credit for your item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
Returns and exchanges must be within 14 days from the day the order was shipped.
Please send all returned items through a method with tracking D’CHRIS is not responsible for any returned packages not received.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
Mailing a return:
Please email inquries@shopdchris.com with title of “Return” for a prepaid return label. Once package is received a refund will be processed.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item, please e-mail inquries@shopdchris.com with email title 'Exchange for Order #' and we will assist you.
If in the rare instance that you find a purchase is (i) damaged during transit; (ii) suffers from a manufacturing defect; or (iii) has been wrongly delivered to you, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with details of the damaged, faulty or wrongly delivered product(s) and we will take care of it.
